Get your family, friends, neighbors, and/or co-workers together for an inexpensive way to enjoy the weekend.

Put in at the Silver Comet Trail and spend the day casually biking through the city of choice while enjoying the wildlife, nature, restaurants, and  various sites along the trail.

Travel  through the much-talked-about railroad tunnel that stays at a cool 67 degrees all summer long! 

Tent sites and Group Camping sites come with:

• Water Hook-ups
• Electric Hook-ups
• Picnic Tables (not for every tent site)
• Clean Bathrooms
• Clean Showers (Showers are closed down in the winter)
• Large Pavilion (For all sites to share)
• Running Creek (creek runs according to the rainfall)

Group Camping and tent camping will be closed during winter or before the first hard freeze, so pipes do not burst. We will open group camping and tent camping again in the Spring (Mid-April). 

​At least one adult 21 years or older must be the one to register for tent camping. Minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times. We are pet friendly, but they must be on a leash at ​all times-No exceptions. **Tent camping-we can not allow you to stay longer than 2-3 days unless you are with an organized group or function and provide your own insurance coverage**

***Group Camping Leaders and Organizers please be aware that we require a copy of the liability of the certificate of insurance from each troop to make sure there is coverage for your group/event in case of an accident.***
